FAQs

SECC steel smooth (smooth) cooling

SECC is made of cold-rolled steel coils, which are degreased, pickled, electroplated and post-treated on a continuous continuous production line. It is a competitive and substitute product in the electronics, home appliances, and furniture markets. For example, SECC is commonly used in computer cases.

SPCC steel plate cooling system

SPCC is a steel ingot that is continuously rolled into a coil or plate of required thickness by a cold rolling mill. The surface of SPCC is not protected, and it is easily oxidized in the air, especially in a humid environment, the oxidation speed is accelerated, and dark red rust appears. The surface should be painted, electroplated or otherwise protected during use.

SGCC Steel (Hot Dip) Clear Cold Commercial

Hot-reduced steel coil is a semi-finished product after hot pickling or cold rolling, cleaning, quenching, immersion in a methanol-zinc bath with a temperature of about 460°C to coat the steel with zinc, and then tempering, leveling and chemical treatment. SECC material is harder, avoids ductility defects (deep drawn design), has a thicker zinc layer, and has weldability defects.

Stainless steel SUS304

One of the most widely used stainless steels, containing Ni (nickel), has richer corrosion resistance and heat resistance than steel containing Cr (chromium), has very good mechanical properties, has no heat treatment phenomenon, and has no elasticity.

Stainless steel SUS301

The Cr (chromium) content is lower than that of SUS304, and it is resistant to discoloration, but it can obtain good tensile strength and hardness after cold working in the stamping process, and has good elasticity. It is mostly used for spring springs and anti-EMI.
