Our CNC Machining Process Steps

Analyze the CAD&3D drawings of the processed parts, determine the relevant processing data (coordinate points of the tool path, machining cutting amount, tool size information, etc.), and determine other relevant auxiliary information and related equipment process information, fixture selection, tool type selection, etc. according to the process plan.

Convert CAD model to CNC program: Once the CAD model is ready, convert it to a CNC program. The program contains all the instructions needed to create the part, including cutting paths, tool selection and cutting speed.

Engineers install the necessary cutting tools and fixtures and program the machines to follow CNC programs.

When the program is executed, the CNC system of the machine tool will decode, host and calculate the program, send motion instructions to the machine tool servo mechanism, drive the machine tool moving parts, and automatically complete the processing of the workpiece.

Once a part is machined, it undergoes a quality control inspection to ensure it meets specified tolerances and dimensions. Different spot sizes will be measured according to the customer's design files and tolerance requirements.

Depending on the application and customer's needs, parts may undergo additional finishing processes such as polishing, coating, anodizing, laser engraving, and more.

After finishing the surface treatment, we will do a final inspection and packing before shipment. Our professional workers will make sure the quality is 100% qualified before shipping.
