Sheet metal processing process
Provide processing drawings
According to the customer's requirements, we can provide drawings and samples for processing and customizing, and the accuracy of sheet metal cutting can reach ±0.05MM, and the accuracy of bending can reach ±0.1MM.

Material preparation
According to the design requirements and drawings, select suitable materials, such as steel plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, etc., and cut to the required size.
Shrink the plate
Compress the material to the required shape by using a sheet shrinking machine or by hand.
Bending
The shrunken material is put into the bending machine and bent to form the required angle and shape.
Welding
The best parts are welded according to the design requirements.
Grinding and polishing
The welded parts are sanded and polished to make the surface smooth.
Baking paint
The polished parts are sprayed with primer and topcoat, and dried and cured in the paint room.
Assembling
Assemble the painted parts to form the finished product.
